Santo Domingo. – He Collegiate Court of this judicial district condemned to 20 years in prison for a man who committed incest to the detriment of his teenage daughter.
He Collegiate Court, made up of judges Edward Gerónimo Sánchez, Blaury Luciano Ferreras and Sauly Gonzálezhanded down the conviction by establishing, through the evidentiary elements provided by the Public Ministrythat the father sexually abused of his daughter since she was 11 years oldwhom got pregnant and forced her to abortunder threats, giving her pills, being operated on at the Rosa Duarte hospital in this municipality.
Today condemnedwhose name is omitted to protect the integrity of the adolescentcommitted these actions taking advantage of the vulnerable state of the 11-year-old girlwho was under his care and lived alone with him.

The Public Ministry representing the fiscal attorney, Sócrates David Ogando, conducted the investigation of the case, determining in the process the pattern of abuse to which the victim had been subjected.
The persecuting body demonstrated in the process that they ruled that the aggressorwith his actions, failed to comply with the provisions of the articles 330, 331, 332-1, 332-2, 303 and 304 numerals 1, 2, 3, 4 of the Dominican Penal Code, modified by the Law of Aggravated Domestic Violence and Incest to the detriment of his daughter.
The sentence imposed on the accused must be served in the Correction and Rehabilitation Center (CCR), Elías Piña.
