Officials from the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) managed to capture a subject identified as José Gregorio Castillo Malavé, 38 years old, accused of making sexual advances to minors online.
According to the police report, the arrest took place in the La Palomera sector, Guatire parish, Ezequiel Zamora municipality, Miranda state.
Castillo Malavé constantly made advances to his 16-year-old niece-in-law, sending her messages through WhatsApp, inciting her to have sexual relations with him and telling her that everything would remain between the two of them and that she should not tell anyone, and he also sent her photos and inappropriate stickers.
Relatives filed the corresponding complaint with the authorities, who proceeded to capture him.
In this case, the detainee was placed under the command of the 21st Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the Judicial District of the state of Miranda.
