President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva remains hospitalized at the Sírio-Libanês Hospital, in the capital of São Paulo, this Wednesday (11).
He is under intensive care for treatment of intracranial hemorrhage. A medical bulletin released at 12pm reported that the condition “progressed well in the immediate post-operative period, without complications”.
“He is lucid, oriented, talking and spent the night well,” says the statement.
Lula remains accompanied by the medical team, under the care of Roberto Kalil Filho and Ana Helena Germoglio.
In the early hours of Tuesday (10)President Lula was subjected to trepanation for hematoma drainage. The surgery was uneventful.
