Given the recent adjustments in banking regulation, Masari Casa de Bolsa made the strategic decision to elevate its banking license application to Type 1, the most robust and the most supervised by the authority. It should be noted that the application submitted preserves the original shareholding structure of Masari Casa de Bolsa, without the incorporation of new capital partners.
