He Ministry of Inside and Police (MIP) announced this Tuesday the flexibility of the schedule for him expended of alcoholic beverageswhich will govern from this Sunday, the 15th of December and will remain until January 3, 2025.
The relaxation will be from Sunday to Thursday until 3:00 in the morning and Friday and Saturday until 4:00 in the morning of the next day, in nightclubsbars, clubs, restaurants, centers events, piano bars and casinos, according to a statement from the MIP.
The measure of the minister of Inside and Police, Faride Raful, is contained in the Resolution number MIP-RA-0008-2024 that extends the schedule of expended of alcoholic beverages in the national territory for the period of christmas festivities and New Year.
“This provision modifies temporarily the final part of Article 1 of the Resolution No. ESP/001-2022, issued jointly by the Ministry of Inside and Police (MIP) and the Ministry of Tourism (Mitur), on April 11, 2022, regarding the schedules of expended of alcoholic beverages throughout the national territory,” indicates the MIP.
No time limit on the 24th and 31st
For the 24th and 31st of December there will be no time limits for the expended of alcoholic beverages and this is stated in the paragraph of article 1 of the resolution issued by the minister Raful.
Does not apply to grocery stores
In Article 2 of said resolution it is noted that the extension of schedule does not apply to filledgrocery stores, cafescar wash, mechanical parks, water parks and liquor stores, which will continue working every day until 12:00 midnight.
