When he was being transferred in a National Guard patrol to be placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry, Mario “N” tried to escape and struggled with the officers, which caused the unit to lose control and crash on González Gallo Avenue, in Guadalajara, Jalisco. The accident was spectacular and three officers were injured, in addition to the aggressor, presumably with non-life-threatening injuries, but it was not reported which hospital they were taken to for medical attention.
