This Friday, the court ordered preventive detention, for 180 days in the Palmasola prison, for the Peruvian Jorge Luis PR, after being accused of breaking into the governor’s house to steal in office, Mario Aguilera.
Prosecutor Carlos Gutiérrez reported that the foreigner was charged with the crime of aggravated robbery and that his arrest in jail was requested, because he was caught in flagrante by the governor himself, in his property located in the Urbarí neighborhood, in the capital of Santa Cruz.
Gutiérrez indicated that there were two individuals who entered the house to rob the house, without imagining that the governor was resting there. One of the criminals managed to escape with 10 chains and three rings of gold, along with a third accomplice who was waiting for him on the street, aboard a wagon.
The Police have already identified the two fugitive criminals and the motor vehicle in which they operated, so raids are being carried out in search of capturing them. While the Peruvian Jorge Luis PR must keep detention in Palmasola for 180 days.
