Anti-terrorist court freed a teenager

The Public Ministry assisted 1 million 400 thousand people in seven years

An anti-terrorist court reviewed the measure of deprivation of liberty that weighed on a 16-year-old teenager and consequently granted her freedom under conditions.

This decision was made on Wednesday night by the Second National Trial Court of the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility Section, with jurisdiction in cases linked to crimes associated with terrorism.

In this regard, Attorney General Tarek William Saab confirmed the information and explained that said measure was processed by his office after a medical evaluation was carried out on the detainee. Saab said that this check was carried out “in coordination with a multidisciplinary team from Senamecf (National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences).”

The teenager MG was arrested on July 29 in Naguanagua (Carabobo), where violent actions occurred in the vicinity of the 41st Captain Juan Ángel Bravo Armored Brigade (former Fort Paramacay).

These acts of violence occurred after María Corina Machado was unaware of the results of the presidential elections that gave candidate Nicolás Maduro the winner.
