The Town hall of Santo Domingo North ( ASDN) inaugurated this Thursday the murals that were painted on the columns of the Metro of Santo Domingo, which cover from the Hermanas Mirabal station to Buena Vista in a first stage, during an event led by the mayor Betty Geronimo.
The work of art exalts emblematic figures of the municipality, the founding fathers and figures of Dominican politics, such as José Francisco Peña Gómez.
The muralsbesides, embellish the gray columns that support the structure of the mass transportation service.
During the activity, the christmas lights that were placed along the Hermanas Mirabal avenueas well as those of the tree and decorations that were placed in the Máximo Gómez park, right at the entrance of the town hall.
