Fluminense and Bragantino won their matches on Thursday night (5), respectively against Cuiabá and Athletico-PR, to continue breathing in the fight to escape the drop to Series B of the Brazilian Championship. With the results of the 37th round of the competition, Criciúma, which was beaten 3-0 by Flamengo last Wednesday (4) and which was in 18th place with 38 points, had its relegation confirmed.
Tricolor wins at home
Tricolor das Laranjeiras achieved an important result at the Maracanã stadium. In front of more than 59 thousand fans, Fluminense counted on a goal from Serna to reach 43 points and take 15th place. And Galo, currently in 14th place with 44 points (after losing to Vasco 2-0 in São Januário in the current round), is precisely the fourth team that still has a risk of falling in the Brazilian Championship.
