Two members of criminal gangs were killed after confronting commissions of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), according to reports collected.
One of the procedures took place in the San Vicente sector, Girardot municipality (Maracay), Aragua state, where El Flipper operates, a criminal group founded by Kenfferson Jossue Sevilla Arteaga and which functioned as a cell of the Aragua Train.
Members of the aforementioned cell confronted the military, leaving one of the criminals identified as Rene Fostel Sulbarán (El Gordo Rene) dead.
At the scene of the events, officials collected a .380 caliber pistol and a fragmentary grenade, according to a report from Urban Security Detachment 42, attached to the GNB.
And in the Palmarejo sector, Santa Rita municipality (Zulia), the military had a confrontation with members of the criminal gang founded by Yeferson José Nava Jiménez (Yet Nava).
One of the criminals was killed and registered as Eudy José Suárez Florido, nicknamed El Piti.
In the fray, other members of the criminal group identified as Dany Milagros Florido Ávila, Derwis Israel Villasmil and Alejandro José Prieto Florido were detained, from whom five mini-packages of marijuana, a 9 mm pistol with a magazine containing of three unfired cartridges, says the report from Detachment 114 of the GNB.
