SLP, Mexico.- Cuban Amanda Díaz, creator of content on social networks, was one of the young people chosen by the magazine Forbes to be part of its “30 under 30” list, compiled from evaluations by the publication’s staff and a panel of expert, independent judges based on various factors, such as funding, revenue, social impact, scale, inventiveness and potential.
The publication of Forbes highlights that Amanda, 24, is a Cuban-American beauty creator who has accumulated more than six million followers.
In his career as an influencer, he has carried out campaigns with top brands such as Dior, Ralph Lauren, YSL and Garnier.
She also served on the board of directors for CoverGirl’s inaugural #BEACOVERGIRL contest.
Beyond the creation of contentsAmanda has become an activist and social justice advocate.
The Cuban fled from Havana to the United States with her family when she was five years old and has now dedicated herself to supporting asylum seekers at the border.
The young woman was received at the White House by Vice President Kamala Harris. Together with the group Poderistas, a non-profit organization founded to celebrate Latino culture and empower this community, they went to the institution to talk about the Latino vote.
He has also traveled to the US-Mexico border to support asylum seekers with the non-profit organization This Is About Humanity.
