Cuitláhuac García is founder of the Morena party and has been a deputy. He is an electrical engineer from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) and has a Master of Science in advanced control from the University of Manchester.
“It gives me pleasure, affection, nostalgia, many things, that Cuitláhuac is saying goodbye as governor today. Don’t worry, he’s going to work with me, and I’ll tell you where later.
