The president Luis Abinader He gave the country an emotional christmas message in which he celebrated the achievements made by his government, highlighted the challenges overcome and presented ambitious goals for national development.

In his message, Abinader reflected on the progress that his government has promoted:

- Zero hunger by 2028: Declaring the country free of hunger is a priority backed by concrete actions.
Likewise, the President reaffirmed his commitment to key goals:
- Guarantee formal employment for 80% of young university students upon graduation.
- Ensure drinking water and access to decent housing for all Dominicans.
- Consolidate an economy that allows families to live with dignity and stability.
