In an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and joy, the Popular Power organized together with the political teams of the PSUV, participated in the Eucharistic celebration that took place in the Catholic temples of the nine municipalities, in San Carlos it was held in the Nuestra Señora del Rosario church from Los Samanes.
During the mass, the revolutionaries asked for peace in the entire world, especially for a happy and harmonious Christmas. They also prayed for the strengthening of the Bolivarian project that Commander Chávez left behind and that is promoted today by President-elect Nicolás Maduro.

The hundreds motorized along with the Popular Power and the political teams, began the journey from the headquarters of the military district, passing through the streets and avenues of the city center until reaching the municipal house of the Psuv.
