Which Afore will charge the least commission in 2025?
The Governing Board of the National Retirement Savings Commission (Consar) approved the commissions that will be left over by the Afores next year on the managed balances, which remained at 0.55% for 9 of the 10 administrators that operate in Mexico. Only Pensionissste will have a commission of 0.52%, Consar reported in a statement.
The commissions that the Afores will charge will be reduced next year, which will allow savings of 9,000 million pesos.
Lower commissions are a benefit for workers, “because it translates into additional savings and a larger pension balance,” Consar said in the statement.
