Although the check in areas are close to normal. There are still some crowds in the departure lounges. But nothing comparable to the two days of disruption caused by heavy rain on Thursday (28), when 115 flights were cancelled, there were complaints from passengers due to lack of information from airlines, in addition to long delays in boarding.

On Thursday alone there were 35 arrivals and 37 departures were cancelled. On Friday there were 15 departures and 28 arrivals that could not be operated. Many passengers spent the night at the airport, including the elderly and children. Some were transferred to Viracopos airport, 85 kilometers from the capital São Paulo.
