Bolívar state police officers arrested a 19-year-old man
which was carrying two AR-15 rifles. The arrest occurred in the Los Rosales Country sector, Upata (Bolívar).
The weapons were stuffed inside a bag. They did not have serial numbers or a charger, says the
report from the police agency where they indicate that the Public Ministry was informed of the
procedure.
In another incident, military officials killed a subject in the Bicentenario sector, Rómulo Gallegos municipality (Las Vegas), Cojedes.
The agents confronted an armed group. One of its members was killed and identified as Gabriel Marchán Aranguren (Melvin el Tuerto), says the report from the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (Conas), attached to the Bolivarian National Guard.
At the site of the confrontation, the military collected a Sig Sauer 380 mm pistol.
