Santo Domingo, Feb 26 (Prensa Latina) The Dominican brothers Augusto and Ismael Sánchez made it 1-2 in the penultimate stage of the Vuelta Ciclística Independencia, played today between Puerto Plata and Constanza at a distance of 156 kilometers.
