The Tax Administration Service (SAT) reported that as of December 1 it will enable a new platform for taxpayers to submit their informative returns for:
– Relevant operations (Form 76).
– Of foreign entities subject to preferential tax regimes (Form 63).
-From manufacturing, maquiladora and export service companies (DIEMSE).
– Of operations carried out on behalf of the members of the oil consortium (Form 81)
Where to do the SAT information returns?
The new platform will be available on this site. And it will work with the Edge, Firefox, Google and Safari browsers, and for the signature it is no longer necessary to download and install the Silver Light application.
The SAT detailed that a new option was created called: Consultation of informative declarations REFIPRES, DIEMSE, Petroleum Consortium and Relevant Operations, in which the acknowledgments of receipt and declarations presented on the previous platform are consulted and downloaded.
“With this application the validation of the information is done automatically, when sending the declaration the acknowledgment of receipt is immediately obtained and for those who have the batch upload mode, if errors are found in the validation, a file is generated that tells them what the errors are and in which records they are,” said the SAT.
