The statements were made through a press conference, where they also stated that the raided property was negotiated with a person named Hugo Manuel González Ramos, who, in turn, was the person who linked the Insfrán clan to the operation.

“This property was bought from the Raíces real estate company, the transfer was made and when the title was made it was that Miguel Insfrán was included in the operation. The intermediary is the one who put in the name of this gentleman. The sale was made on October 14, 2020. The invoice is for USD 1 million,” said lawyer Cristóbal Cáceres, pointing out that, although the documentation was made, what was not done was the transfer.

In this context, the defender denied that his client has a relationship with Miguel Insfrán, accused in the framework of #AUltranzaPY. He, in turn, assured that a person who wants to sell a property cannot be finding out the record of the buyer.

“This sale was made on October 14, 2020. All these documents are going to be made available to the authorities. There is no link between Mr. Erico and Mr. Insfrán. The assignor and the assignee are Galeano y González. Not only is there no link, but also no conversation between Galeano and Insfrán, who is the person designated by González to be transferred (the house),” the lawyer specified.

Finally, he indicated that the parliamentarian will make himself available to the authorities once the Public Ministry resumes its activities after the holiday, that is, on March 1. Asked about his absence at the press conference, he maintained that he is in the interior of the country.
“First thing Tuesday morning we are going to present this documentation to the Prosecutor’s Office and we are going to be available to the authorities,” said Cáceres.

It is worth mentioning that this morning agents from the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (Senad) and the Prosecutor’s Office raided three residences located between the cities of San Bernardino and Altos, where a ballot in the name of Deputy Galeano was found.

The entrance Property raided no longer belongs to deputy, declares defense was first published in diary TODAY.
