Julio Cáceres Arce, president of the Arequipa Chamber of Commerce, expressed his concern about the non-attendance of President Dina Boluarte and her cabinet at the inauguration of the Annual Convention of Executives (CADE), a key event for the business sector. He highlighted that this absence of political representation creates an important vacuum that could have negative repercussions on the country’s development.

“It is an issue that is still handled with the reservation of the case, but I believe that the right audience is there for the president to explain what she is really considering with her State policy. It would create a vacuum if the political part is not present” , he said on Wednesday the 27th for Canal N.
