Maduro creates “Great Victory of Ayacucho” decoration

The Commander in Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Nicolás Maduro, announced the creation of the high decoration of the Republic “Great Victory of Ayacucho” to commemorate the 200 years of the libertarian heroic deed, which will be awarded to the national government officials illegally sanctioned by the United States (USA).

During the event for the 104th anniversary of the Bolivarian Military Aviation held at the El Libertador Air Base in Maracay, Aragua state, the head of state also highlighted that this award “will carry the strength of the Grand Marshal of Ayacucho, Antonio José de Sucre.”

Likewise, after the new round of illegal sanctions imposed against “a group of eminent men” including writers, writers, political leaders, military and police leaders, President Maduro ordered the new decoration to be given to them.

“I am going to place the decoration that I am creating with the name of the 200 years of the Great Victory of Ayacucho on each of these men, of these beings who have been attacked today,” he said.

Illegal sanctions

Earlier this Wednesday, the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) imposed new unilateral coercive measures on 20 Venezuelan officials, including members of President Maduro’s Cabinet, high-ranking military personnel, presidents of government agencies and deputies of the Assembly. National.
