The firm CB Consultora, a company specialized in the study of the social climate and the projection of electoral scenarios, prepared a report on the citizen assessment of the management of leaders in South America in which Nicolás Maduro appears in penultimate place with a positive index. of only 27.8%, versus negative opinions about his management of 69.6%.
According to him reportMaduro fell 29.1% from September 2024 to November 2024; This is a result of what happened in the country after the elections on July 28 where the CNE proclaimed him the winner of the elections without disaggregated data supported by the world, a fact that is questioned by several countries in the international community.
In detail, 69.6% are divided into the “bad” image with 26.0% and “very bad” with 43.6%, while 18.4% perceive it as “very good.”
The CB Consultora study was carried out from November 15 to 19, 2024, with a sample of 1,024 people in Venezuela, with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 2.0%.

Below Maduro, and occupying the last position, is the president of Peru, Dina Boluarte, with a 73.3% negative image compared to a 21.3% positive assessment. In September approval was 23.6%.

On the other hand, the outgoing president of Uruguay, Luis Lacalle Pou, is the best-rated president in the South American region, having a positive image of 51.5% this November compared to 52% in September, while the disapproval index is of 45.8%, followed by Javier Milei, from Argentina, with a favorability margin of 50.2% in November (47.7% in September), while the negative indicator remained at 46.7 %.
While the Brazilian head of state, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, climbed to third place with a favorable image of 48.6%, which in September was 49.4%, while the negative image stood at 47.6%.
