According to Francisco García, president of the National Union of Nursing Services (Unased), the increase in salaries is part of the agreements reached with the health authorities, and will be distributed in three phases, with an increase in 10 percent in the first two, and another of five in the last one.
García also pointed out that they agreed incentives for distance and remotenesswhich will be 20 to 30 percent for border workers, and 10 to 15 percent for those from other areas.
Likewise, he reported that starting in January, the issue of reclassifications will begin to be addressed, with a thousand scheduled for 2025 and another thousand for 2026, and at the same time indicated that they will soon meet again with the authorities to reach consensus on the matter. relative to the pensions.
