The Association of Prosecutors Dominicans (Fiscaldom) summoned strikes staggered starting next Friday, the 29th of this month of November due to the failure to comply with the demands promised to those members of the Ministry Publicamong which they mention the promotions and the increase wage.
In a statement, Fiscaldom informs that the promises of promotions of the attorneys prosecutorsinspectors and contests for expired tenures, courts and other areas, as well as the retirement and pension plan, established in minutes of the Superior Council of the Ministry Public “To this day they have not been fulfilled.”
He adds that “it is because of these institutional breaches that the National Board of Directors of FISCALDOM calls for a Conference of struggle protest, which begins with a call to arrest of labors for four (4) hours nationwide on Friday, November 29 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 M”.

The general coordinator of Fiscaldom, Andrés Comas, said that the Ministry Public has a delay history in implementation of measures institutions that improve the quality of life of prosecutors and the justice system.
He maintained that they have given a time of wait to the institution more than enough to comply with resolutions issued by the governing body of the Ministry Public chaired by Attorney General Miriam Germán and the central Government, but that the needs of the prosecutors they continue to be neglected.
Other arrest on Monday and vigil on tuesday
The strikes staggered phases that Fiscaldom plans to begin on Friday will continue on Monday, December 2, with a strike from 8:00 am. at 4:30 in the afternoon and vigil on Tuesday the 3rd, starting at 9:00 in the morning.

Promotions of the attorneys prosecutors and inspectors; competition for expired titles, prosecutors, courts and specialized offices; indexation and salary leveling with our analogy of the Judiciary; implementation of the Retirement, Pension and Retirement Plan, as well as other pending prerogatives.
