Santo Domingo.- Are cousins the teachers from a school in San Pedro de Macorís, accused of raping a 1 year old student3 years for three months, according to the request for a coercive measure from the Public Ministry.
It is about Fernando Altagracia Peña Eusebio, English and French teacher, and Roberto Bello Matos, who is a fugitive from justice and taught mathematics.
The document from the Public Ministry establishes that both involved fell in love with and groped the minor.
The accused Peña Eusebio, as explained in the request, abused the 13-year-old student in the classroom in the afternoon and who once grabbed her by the neck, almost killing her.
Meanwhile, the fugitive Professor Bello Matos committed the acts to the detriment of the minor within the Fe Apostolic La Syria church, where he attended as a parishioner.
In the instance it is indicated that the mathematics teacher He raped and sexually assaulted the student on three occasions.
“At those moments, the victim was trying to force him to stop the attack, but he didn’t say anything, he just took advantage,” the document says.
It also establishes that the language teacher had more time committing the criminal acts against the minor than his cousin, the mathematics teacher.
The situation kept the student afraid to express to her family what she was experiencing.
Accusation
Teacher Peña Eusebio is credited with violating the articles 330 and 331 of the Dominican Penal Code, and article 396, letters A, B, C, of the Code for the Protection and the Fundamental Rights of Children and Adolescents (Law 136-03), to the detriment of the adolescent, whose name is omitted for legal reasons.
The accused was arrested in the course of the investigation being carried out against him by the Comprehensive Care Unit for Gender, Domestic Violence and Sexual Crimes of the judicial district of San Pedro de Macorís for the acts committed against the victim.
Another teacher who is also credited with raping the teenager is on the run.
The Public Ministry of San Pedro de Macorís said that in the investigation process it has obtained different evidence that links the professor to the serious incident, for which it stated that preventive detention should be imposed on him, to guarantee his presence in the process until the Ministry Public concludes investigations.
