Arrested responsible for double homicide

Domingo Antonio Afanador Rivero (62), was arrested by officials of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) in the Orocopiche sector, José Antonio Páez parish, Angostura del Orinoco municipality of Bolívar state, for responsibility for the double homicide of Lino Tomás Zamora Lira (66) and Miguel Antonio Aguilera (60).

According to the report issued by the director of the Cicpc, Douglas Rico, the perpetrator, in the afternoon of November 16, went to a farm located in the Orocopiche sector, where he had a heated discussion with Zamora, motivated by a debt. of the sale of some pigs, which turned violent.

For this reason, the perpetrator took out a machete-type weapon and inflicted multiple stab and penetrating wounds on this man, causing his immediate death.

“At the site, Aguilera was also present, who witnessed the atrocious event; Afanador decided to take his life so as not to leave witnesses to his crime, giving him multiple injuries and then fled to an unknown direction,” adds the report published on Instagram.

The detective team collected two pipes, three machetes, a knife, a pair of shoes, clothing and telephone equipment as evidence in the case.

Domingo Antonio Afanador Rivero was placed under the command of the Fourth Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of Bolívar state.
