SANTO DOMINGO.-The cousins Fernando Altagracia Peña Eusebio and Alejandro Roberto Bello Matos, teachers at a school in San Pedro de Macoris, accused of raping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old student, by several.
This is stated in the request for a measure of coercion, where the Public Ministry requests preventive detention for the English and French Language teacher, Peña Eusebio, for said crime.
As for Bello Matos, he taught Mathematics and is a fugitive from justice, which is why the authorities urged him to turn himself in.
The document establishes that both involved fell in love with, groped the minor as well as everything related to sexual, physical and psychological abuse.
The name of the minor and the family members are omitted for legal reasons established in the minor’s law.
The accused Peña Eusebio, according to the request, had been abusing the 13-year-old student for three months and the incident occurred in the classroom in the afternoon; She also reports that he once grabbed her by the neck and almost killed her.
Meanwhile, the fugitive, Professor Bello Matos, committed the acts to the detriment of the minor within the Faith Apostolic La Syria church, where he attended as a parishioner.
In the instance, it is indicated that the Mathematics teacher raped and sexually assaulted the student on three occasions. At that moment, the victim forced him to stop the attack, but he didn’t say anything, he just took advantage.
The body establishes that the Languages teacher had been committing the criminal acts against the minor for longer than his cousin, the Mathematics teacher.
The situation kept the student afraid to express the situation she was experiencing to her family.
