Behind the Strength Benito Monción, headquarters of the 4th brigade of the Dominican Republic Army, there is a puddle of water that occupies part of First Street.
The water accumulates green slime because it takes a long time to drain because the filters are clogged due to lack of maintenance by the mayor’s office and the National Institute of Drinking Water and Sewers (Inapa).
