The link between the former head of Immigration, Roxana del Águila, and Andres Hurtado was evidenced in a report by Cuarto Poder where a series of WhatsApp chats between ‘Chibolín’ and the soccer player Roberto Siucho. In this material, delivered to the Prosecutor’s Office, it is confirmed that the official would have favored the television host.
The material corresponds to the “Certificate of delivery of cellular equipment and subsequent sealing”, issued on September 10 of this year. On this date, the soccer player Roberto Siucho handed over one of his cell phones to the Public Ministry.
On that occasion, Siucho entered his contacts’ agenda, opened the WhatsApp conversations he had with Chibolín and took a series of photographs of the chats from the same device.
The conversations were added to the tax investigation, which postulated that the former head of that institution Roxana del Águila, influenced by her friend Andrés Hurtado, would have expedited the denationalization of Roberto Siucho, an essential requirement for the footballer to obtain Chinese citizenship and play for a club from that country.

The next day, the soccer player writes to Hurtado again and tells him that he will send “something” with ‘Chavito’, who is the police officer who introduced them.
