The opposition led by María Corina Machado and activists called for the next 1° December a large national protest inside and outside Venezuela, as indicated in a virtual event held this Saturday, November 23.
“It is up to us to lead this process and ensure that all actors do their part, which is why we are planning a huge protest this December 1 inside and outside of Venezuela,” said Machado.
The opposition leader added that they are seeing a regime that is fractured “because of its cruelty, because of its corruption.” “Those fractures are real, some are seen, others are not,” he said during the meeting via YouTube.

Machado added that every day they have more allies and that the actions will be increasingly firm to ensure that the decision of the Venezuelans, expressed at the polls on July 28, is respected. “What remains for them is to negotiate a peaceful solution with us,” said the leader in relation to the government of Nicolás Maduro.
