Cicpc officials captured Luis Alberto Astudillo Torres (36) and Yalizka Maite Nieves Díaz (35) in Caracas, who were wanted by the Eighth Control Court with Jurisdiction for Crimes Against Women of the Judicial District of Caracas, for aggravated, continuous sexual abuse and cruel treatment and omission in said crime.
The detainees are the mother and stepfather of four minors: a 16-year-old girl with special condition, another 14-year-old, an 11-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl.
They committed constant sexual abuse against them and physically attacked them to the point of causing burns and bruises on their bodies, the Cicpc reported.
