The Judiciary, through the First National Preparatory Investigation Court, issued 24 months of preventive detention against him lawyer Mateo Castanedainvestigated for criminal organization among other crimes.
The president’s former lawyer Dina Boluartewho was present at the hearing that lasted until the early hours of this Saturday, November 23, was detained on the spot by agents of the National Police.
He Judge Richard Concepción Carhuancho was in charge of making this decision, which also affected the investigated Noriel Chingay Salazar, who was not present and on whom an arrest warrant now rests.

This Friday the preventive detention hearing against Mateo Castanedaformer lawyer of the president Dina Boluarte; and the former regional prefect of Cajamarca, Noriel Chingay.
The Public Ministry accuses Castañeda and Chingay of being members of an alleged organization, among other alleged crimes within the framework of the Los Waykis case in La Sombra. Given this, he requests 36 months of preventive detention against the former presidential lawyer.
The hearing takes place in the First Preparatory Investigation Court – National Superior Court, and is directed by Judge Richard Concepción Carhuancho.
As recalled, on Wednesday, 36 months of preventive detention was issued against the president’s brother, Nicanor Boluarte. However, his whereabouts are unknown.
