The person who serves as director of the Hospital in a position of trust of the current government, Aldo Mendieta, was “confirmed” by ASSE as effective director. Other positions of trust were also confirmed as effective: Deputy Director Dr. Mariana Cruz Beltrán, and Administrative Director Mrs. Zulma Fernanda Rossi González.

Executor 090 – Nueva Palmira Auxiliary Center; Resulting:
I) that by Resolution of the ASSE Board of Directors No. 3997/2024, the structure for the Management Team of the Nueva Palmira Auxiliary Center – Executing Unit 090 was approved, creating in the aforementioned structure the function of Director;
II) that Lic. Aldo Mendieta (CI 2,679,794-8) is proposed to perform the function, who has the appropriate profile to fulfill the task;
III) that Mr. Aldo Mendieta currently fulfills the role of Director of the Nueva Palmira Auxiliary Center, by virtue of the provisions of Resolution of the ASSE Board of Directors No. 2799/2020 dated 06/17/2020; Considering: that from what has been expressed, it is understood pertinent to proceed accordingly, confirming Mr. Aldo Mendieta in the role of Director of the Nueva Palmira Auxiliary Center – Executing Unit 090;
Pay attention: to the above and to what is established in Article 5 of Law 18,161 of 07/29/07; The ASSE Board of Directors Resolves:
1º) Lic. Aldo Javier Mendieta Aranda (CI 2,679,794-8) is confirmed in the role of Director of the Nueva Palmira Auxiliary Center – Executing Unit 090.
2º) The remuneration of Mr. Mendieta is adjusted, according to the new salary structure established by Resolution No. 3997/2024.
3º) It is established that the aforementioned official must present the Declaration of conflict of Interest before the ASSE Transparency Unit and also the corresponding Affidavit of Assets and Income before the JUTEP (Chapter 5 of Law No. 17,060).
Failure to comply will be considered a serious offense and may result in a discount of up to 50% of your income.
4º) Communicate to the Executing Units 048 and 090, in order to learn and notify Lic. Mendieta, the Remuneration Management Directorate, the General, Administrative and Assistance Management, the Western Region Directorate, the Directorate of Delegated Audit, to the Communications Directorate and to the Transparency Unit.
