Diosdado Cabello: the UN plays in favor of fascism

The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, accused the United Nations (UN) of being at the service of fascism in the world, while turning its back on the people.

“What is the UN for? Can anyone name a UN achievement? That organization, unfortunately, plays in favor of fascism. The UN is always efficient when it comes to a country that wants freedom, its sovereignty and independence. “It is very efficient at keeping an eye on countries that want to be free, but it is extremely passive and calm with those that are exterminating people,” he said.

In this sense, Cabello called on the young people of the world not to wait for any change in favor of the people to occur from this organization. “Let’s not expect anything from the UN, let’s do it, let’s do it, girls and boys of the world, set great goals for yourselves and let these meetings be repeated to unite us in the fight for peace,” he said.

Likewise, he highlighted that Venezuela is trying to build history, so that the young people of future generations can build it in a better world.

Media management

On the other hand, Cabello denounced that, currently, imperialism, using social networks and the media, is trying to manipulate the results of elections in the world.

“The script they want to apply is that there are no elections anywhere else. “They are going to change them (the results of the elections), they manage the information networks, they can enter any system at any time, it is a mechanism of domination that they are using,” he said while denouncing that, just as they intended to do in Venezuela on July 28, in Mozambique they are trying to impose distorted electoral results.

On the other hand, he emphasized that you cannot negotiate with fascism because it has neither principles, nor values, nor words. “Fascism must be faced and defeated, we are not going to negotiate with fascism,” he emphasized.
