Opposition presents minutes and technical report of #28Jul to the Congress of Argentina

The minutes of July 28 arrived at the Argentine Congress one day after being presented in Chile. This Thursday the opposition emphasized that, according to the minutes, González Urrutia obtained 7,303,480 votes (67%) and Nicolás Maduro 3,316,142 votes (30%).
