The Fifth Trial Court of the state of Falcón sentenced three men accused of kidnapping and murdering a nine-year-old boy and a 14-year-old teenager to 30 years in prison, the Public Ministry reported.
In that case, the convicted subjects are identified as Robert Antonio Córtez Nava, Eduardo José González Sibada and Endry José Morlés Faneite. The events occurred on June 1, 2013 in the vicinity of the Dámaso Rodríguez Fair Park, located in the Las Mercedes sector of the Mauroa parish, Falcón.
From that place they took the victims, which was reported by the child’s father. Through a phone call, the child’s father was informed that they had the minors.
During the investigations, the three subjects were arrested, one of whom confessed that the victims were murdered and buried. The criminal led the agents to the site where they unearthed the bodies in an advanced state of decomposition, stuffed inside bags and with ropes around their necks.
