The Judicial Police arrived at the house of Nicanor Boluartebrother of President Dina Boluarte, who is located in the district of San Borja, with the purpose of proceeding with his arrest. However, they did not find him in the property.
As is known, the Judiciary yesterday ordered 36 months of preventive detention for Nicanor Boluarte for the ‘Waikys en la Sombra’ case, accused of leading a criminal network that had the appointment of prefects and sub-prefects at will.
Together with Boluarte, Judge Richard Concepción Carhuancho ordered the same measure against Jorge Ortiz, Jorge Chingay and Zenovia Herrera. All investigated for alleged crimes of criminal organization, influence peddling and others to the detriment of the State.

Nicanor Boluarte did not appear either in person or virtually at the hearing and remains absent. The last time he was seen was on Sunday, when he was listening to the reading of the judicial resolution. Neighbors of ‘El Hermanísimo’ assured RPP that they have not seen him at his home for ten days.
Judge Richard Concepción Carhuancho pointed out that although Nicanor Boluarte does not have migratory movement, his particular profile of holding “his alleged de facto power that he would have due to his relationship with the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte” must be taken into account. This could increase the risk of escape of the investigated person, whose whereabouts are unknown.
The judge notified the relevant authorities to begin the national and international location and capture of the ‘very brother’ Boluarte.
