During the morning, a cut was found in the banner located at the entrance to the building, as well as signs of a struggle in a window that leads to the party offices.
The pro-secretary of the Colorado Party, Gustavo Osta, explained to Channel 4 that this incident is not the first of its kind. “Some time ago, they tore a plaque off the door,” he recalled, suggesting that these acts occurred in a context of political tension a few days before the elections.
«They are acts of hostility at a time in the political campaign. We want to discourage all types of violence and call for reflection to those who have decided to take these actions against the Colorado Party,” declared Osta.
The leader confirmed that a complaint has already been filed with the authorities and measures were taken to prevent future incidents, such as the installation of video surveillance cameras in the area.
