The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI), responsible for the Unified National Public Competition (CPNU), released, this Tuesday (19), the results of requests to review the grades of titles made by participants in the competition.
The result is available on website of the contestin the candidate’s area, with login and password for the federal government’s single digital services portal, Gov.br.
The notices for the eight thematic blocks of the Unified National Public Competition warn that the appeal presented is the last instance of reviewing the proof of qualifications, which may be maintained, increased or even decreased. “The examining board is sovereign in its decisions, which is why there will be no appeals or additional reviews”, say the notices.
Competitors who disagreed with the grade given by Fundação Cesgranrio, organizer of the selection process, were able to request reviewaddressed to the examining board, on the 4th and 5th of November.
Score assigned
The Cesgranrio Foundation explains that the title test is worth 0%, 5% and 10% of the total final grade, based on the percentage table published in each of the notices for the eight thematic blocks of the competition.
The maximum value, in evaluating securities, is ten points, even if the sum of the values of the securities presented exceeds this limit.
The presentation of the diploma or declaration proving education – required as a basic requirement for the title of each position – is mandatory for the analysis of the candidate’s professional experience and was not included in the evaluation of titles.
Therefore, only the titles listed in the points allocation tables for the evaluation, available in the notices, were considered, including postgraduate course diplomas at doctoral and master’s level, specialization course certificate at postgraduate level. graduation.
Professional experience was scored with 0.5 points per full year, without overlapping periods of experience.
The proof of qualifications is only classificatory, therefore, the candidate’s classification may change according to the score obtained in the stage. Candidates not classified in the previous stages of the so-called Enem dos Concursos did not have their titles evaluated.
Those candidates who did not send their documentation on time (by October 11th) received a zero grade in this assessment. However, the absence of titles does not imply the disqualification of the candidate, who maintained the score obtained in the previous stages of the competition.
A zero score is not eliminatory. The candidate continues in the competition, with the grade obtained in the objective and discursive or writing tests.
According to Cesgranrio, in total, 45,082 candidates (both from higher-level blocks and block 8, medium-level) were qualified to submit titles, via upload of the image of the original document or copy certified by a notary, in October.

The final result of the CPNU is scheduled to be released on Thursday (21).
