.
Captain Alberto Ortega Padilla assured that in Semar women work under equal conditions in naval construction centers, in Preschool Education centers they are part of all the country’s naval commands and educational establishments.
Both commanders agreed that Semar is a institution that observes legislation: we have internal laws and regulations that govern our actions and now we celebrate that we are certified in gender equality and inclusion
.
Captain Salinas Pérez pointed out that through the Human Rights Promotion and Protection Unit, of which she is in charge, “we ensure that within Semar there is labor equality and non-discrimination.
In this sense, we are an important part and example of the institutions
since it is the one with the greatest application of the Mexican standard NMX-025, which establishes mechanisms for equality and non-discrimination, and has the largest number of certified work centers throughout the federal administration.
