Santo Domingo.- The Attorney General of the Republic, Miriam Germán Brito, delivered to the National Institute of Custody and Administration of Seized Assets, Confiscated in Forfeiture of Domain (INCABIDE), assets and real estate seized in corruption processes, for a value of three one thousand 242 million 886 thousand 258 pesos and 32 cents.
In addition, the official delivered to said organization the sum of one million 417 thousand 600 dollars, which were also seized during legal processes.
The delivery is made in compliance with Law 60-23, on the administration of assets seized, seized and abandoned in criminal proceedings.

The Directorate of Custody and Administration of Seized Assets of the Public Ministry He had under his supervision at least 312 confiscated properties that had sentences ordering their confiscation.
Of that total, 143 already have property titles and the others are in the process of issuing a title to the Dominican State.
Present at the event, in addition to Germán Brito, were the Minister of Finance and president of the INCABIDE Council, José Manuel Vicente, and the general director of Ethics and Government Integrity, Milagros Ortiz Bosch.
The director of INCABIDE, Manuel Oviedo Estrada, was also present.
