The delivery occurs one year after the promulgation of the Law 60-23 on the Administration of Kidnapped, Seized and Abandoned Assets in Criminal Proceedings and in the trials of Domain Termination.

Judge Germán Brito transferred custody and administration to the Incabide of 58 apartments; 18 houses; a building; 10 farms; a hotel; six estate; 26 commercial premises; 19 lots; four lands; a villa; four aircraft and 238 vehiclesincluding cars from brands such as Lamborghini, BMW and Mercedes Benz.
