The INE finds sponsorship from Morena, PT and PVEM in collecting signatures for revocation

These people participated on December 10 and 11 in public events, with banners or blankets with allusions to Morena or PT to promote the collection of signatures. Morena’s leadership distanced itself by assuring that it was not aware, that the activities are of public servants, and neither the PT nor the PVEM responded.

In addition to Sonora, in Guerrero and Tlaxcala, expenses such as rental of premises, tables, chairs, tarps were identified. In the first entity, the banners referred to the Morena Malinaltepec Committee, but that party claimed not to have municipal committees.

In those states, eight records of propaganda were detected on networks. In Guerrero, 46 ​​cases on Facebook, five on Twitter, all related to Morena. In the case of Sonora, 12 on Facebook, 14 on Twitter, 12 on Instagram involving Morena, PT, PVEM, and in Tlaxcala, 100 cases on Facebook.

The UTF presented this afternoon in a marathon session of the INE, the control report on findings found in the stage of collecting signatures in the revocation of mandate, reviewed 261 national parties, national parties with state registration and local parties, carried out 74 tours to identify in public roads, tarps, blankets, billboards, and monitored print media, internet pages and social networks to see possible expenses incurred in the revocation and prohibited by law.

It reported that it requested information from the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT), the National Banking and Securities Commission (SCT), the Tax Administration Service (SAT), for example, about the vans used to take packages of alleged signatures to the INE and its owners, the fiscal address to notify them and the resources with which the PVEM paid legal advice regarding the revocation.

But the CNBV since January 18 has not responded to two requests. The SAT has not attended three, one of them since November 24, another on December 6 and one more on January 4, in which information was requested regarding the addresses of various people, and another five people were required on February 8 and they still haven’t attended the INE.
