The Foreign Ministry denies the statements made by the Ecuadorian consul in Ukraine, Luis Narváez, to LA HORA and is unaware that the diplomat has a voice on the overall situation and the actions being taken by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government worldwide.
