The Agrarian Bank is the financial entity of the countryside and the city. We are the allies of thousands of Colombians who find in us comprehensive support to promote their projects and dreams. We are in 98% of the Colombian territory. We reach the last corner of deep Colombia to leverage and boost that economy that is developing in the regions and that today is the engine of much of the reactivation.

However, although presence is in our DNA, we have also managed to consolidate a true and tangible technological evolution. For this reason, we created the Value and Digital Transformation office, precisely to be able to leverage the entire process in a unified way.
Today, we are about to complete 200 thousand downloads from our Bico digital walleta tool that has not only allowed us to compete with other wallets on the market, but also became a powerful and effective instrument so that thousands of beneficiary families of the Citizen Income program received their money this year in a faster and easier way. . In a matter of minutes, from the bank to your application.
Another digital milestone: 100% of small producer creditsare now established in a completely digital way, facilitating and streamlining the processes of farmers who seek to finance their projects in an agile and simple way. That is, technology is at the service of the reactivation of the field.
Thanks to the digital transformation that we have led in the last two years, we unify and optimize credit requirements, eliminating new lists of requirements and making the process easier. In addition, we launched our digital savings account and optimized our tools so that the bank’s clients, if they choose, can make their transactions through PSE. Payments through this gateway currently amount to $4 billion, transacted in more than 1.9 million operations.

Today, 56% of our clients’ operations yesand done through non-face-to-face channels, thanks to the investment we have also made on this front.
Also, we have the possibility of trading with Transfiya at 0 cost, a decision we made from the first moment we implemented the tool in our virtual banking. The numbers there are also impressive: In December 2022 we started with 3,025 operations and we already closed September 2024 with 28,477 per month, reaching a growth of 841%.
Another example: Microfinance loans, which cover the financing of the popular economy, have also benefited from digitalization. Well thanks to more efficient response engines, We went from approving a loan in 7 days to 4. That is, we improved the response time.
As we know first-hand the needs of the regions, we understood that Internet access continues to be an important barrier in many places in Colombia. For this reason, we installed a powerful Wi-Fi network in 766 of our offices that allows not only the bank’s users, but also the surrounding community, to connect to a fast and efficient network. In this way we generate community around technology. That is also innovation.
Each of these examples that I have given you today seem to simply be the chronology of an accelerated and efficient digital transformation. It is. But also It is the x-ray of the efforts that as a bank with a vocation we continue to maketo encourage true banking and financial inclusion of millions of people. From all fronts.
Did you notice that in each of the actions listed there is a social background? It is because for us technology has been an ally to create solutions that respond to our vocation. We want to make life easier and simpler for our clients, break down barriers and be that close and modern bank, which can be found next to the town’s main square, or in the city center, but also on a cell phone, tablet or computer. Just one click away.
I am convinced that good-hearted people change the world. And those are our clients, farmers, entrepreneurs, businessmen and Colombians in general, who with their good hearts work and dream of building a better country. For them, we will continue to transform ourselves according to their needs and requirements. That is the commitment.
