The Comptroller General of the Republic imputed fiscal responsibility for an approximate amount of $1,074 million against the Mayor of Cartagena, William Dauand two of its officials who have been in charge of the Administrative Directorate of Human Talent, Marta Carvajal, and Adolfo Doria.

Likewise, it linked to this process of fiscal responsibility, as a civilly responsible third party, the company Solidarity Insurance Company of Colombia.
The imputation is given for the payment of representation expenses to officials of the territorial order other than the Mayor and the Governor, who were not authorized.
Within this process of fiscal responsibility, the Directorate of Investigations No. 3 of the Delegate Comptroller for Fiscal ResponsibilityJudicial Intervention and Coercive Collection, which ordered the opening of the same and the imputation of charges, will carry out the sessions of both the defense hearing and the decision hearing, to reach a ruling, either with responsibility or without responsibility, in accordance to the evidence collected.

All actions within this process will be framed within the strict adherence to the right of defense and contradictionwhich will be guaranteed to each and every one of those linked to it, as presumed taxpayers.
