The Cicpc reported on the capture of a 17-year-old teenager for his alleged participation in the murder and incineration of Williams Alfredo Montero Nieves (21), an event that occurred in the El Recreo peasant settlement, Calabozo (Guárico) on November 5. .
Through a report posted on their social networks, the scientific police indicated that after technical, scientific and telephone expertise, the guilt of the antisocial was determined, who, in the company of another criminal on the run (26), planned the robbery, as they handled the information of that the victim had cash.
The criminals moved to the farm in the early hours of the morning, where they broke in, covering their faces with balaclavas. An argument arose at the scene that turned violent, because the victim recognized them as workers on a neighboring farm.
The perpetrators chose to take his life, so that they would not be betrayed, giving him multiple penetrating puncture wounds in various parts of his body, with a knife, and then dousing him with gasoline and setting him on fire, causing burns on 80% of his body, says the Cicpc report.
Later, the teenager and his crony managed to flee in an unknown direction, aboard a bicycle owned by the victim, taking several valuable objects that they hid on the premises where they worked.
During the police procedure, a bicycle, two hammocks, clothing and an agricultural instrument, commonly known as a machete, belonging to the victim were recovered, the latter used to commit the homicide. And a plastic container (drum) was collected as evidence, the report says.
The detainee was placed under the orders of the Second Prosecutor’s Office and the 13th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the Criminal Judicial District. Their statements have served to reconstruct the events and provide data regarding the location of the other participant in the murder.
