Ortega, desperate for the General Secretariat of SICA, changes the list of candidates again and proposes former chancellor Denis Moncada

The Ortega-Murillo dictatorship changed for the third time the shortlist of candidates for the General Secretariat of the Central American Integration System and now promotes among those proposed its former chancellor and now presidential advisor Denis Moncada Colindres, one of its most loyal operators in foreign policy. .

Information released to Article 66 by a political analyst and former diplomat who closely observes Sandinista foreign policy, who for security reasons spoke on condition of anonymity, indicates that Ortega is desperate to occupy the General Secretariat of SICA once and for all and has sent the member states a third list of candidates.

Dictator Ortega’s new proposal includes the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the dictatorship and retired brigadier general of the Nicaraguan Army, Denis Moncada Colindres.
